Horné Slow Jam
1.5 oz Horné Rum
0.5 oz Strawberry Jam
0.5 oz Ginger syrup
0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
Dash of bitters
Shake & DOUBLE strain into a Collins glass over cubed ice. Top with
soda water & garnish with candied Ginger or fresh strawberry. All
props to Miles at Leon's in Decatur for this one. Go there: great
